130 Howe Street, Inc. provides federally subsidized independent housing to persons with disabilities through our 12-unit complex located at 130 Howe Street in New Haven, CT. We believe that stable, accessible housing is foundational to quality of life, and we are committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive community where residents can live independently and with pride.

Our units are part of the HUD Section 811 Supportive Housing for Persons with Disabilities program (L24), designed to support adults with qualifying disabilities in maintaining independent lives.
